Dreams

The past week has been interesting. Or at least knackering, as I have not really slept properly. Partly because for a couple of those days Em was unsettled, I think she had a tummy bug, but she is also teething so its hard to say what it is. Apart from that I have had the most mad dreams (practically nightmares) all week. The have all involved misplacing Emily in some public place and then me running around frantically trying to find her. I then wake up in the middle of the night and have to go check that she is still in her cot where I put her.

The funny thing is I was with friends last night, both of which have kids too and they said that something funny happens on the lead up to becoming 1 year old. They both said they experienced similar things and became highly emotional around this time and other people had told them the same. Interesting...

Its funny how you think things only happen to you until you speak to other people.
