Yish
Emily's little world and own little language is slowly starting to merge into ours and make sense. She's is just so cute when she tries to communicate with you. For a while now she has started answering when you ask things like 'Would you like a biscuit?' and she says 'Yish!' or sometimes 'Yeah' or 'Yesh' all in her cute little tiny voice.
She has also developed a new level of monkiness. It used to be that, when she had put something into her mouth, you could say 'Tongue!' and she would let you retrieve what shouldn't be in there. Now when she puts something in her mouth that she has found, you only have to start to edge towards her and she legs it! She then puts her head on the floor and laughs, just so that you can't get to her mouth. Cheeky monkey! You can't help but laugh..

Yish sounds perfectly fine to me (after a vodka or 2!)has Em been developing a secret liking for red wine, another symptom of being a true girly along with the boots! (but maybe a bit early?)
I've got another pal who's had a baby girl and called her Emily! so it's a good job I'm still not planning babies as Emily was definatly my favourite name for the next cat/dog or whatever I had and Paul was horrified at my 2nd and 3rd choices of Florence or Matilda!
love from
the red wine nutter who writes drivel at this time of night!
