First Haircut

| | Comments (5)

It felt cruel somehow doing it, but I got out the scissors and gave Emily her first haircut! Well, when I say haircut, I actually only trimmed the tiniest bit off her fringe, as it had started to get into her eyes. Its very scary holding big sharp scissors in front of a wriggly babies face!

We've stopped cutting Cordy's fringe but there are loads of photos of her when she was younger with really duff fringes cut into her hair. Hairdressers we are not. I wanted to cut her hair into a mohawk - if you did the same we could have matching Travis Bickle toddlers!

That's a big "NO!" on the mohawk idea from me. He hasn't persuaded me yet in two and a half years.

that photo gallery and video clips are a long time in "coming soon", anyone'd think you had a hole in your house or something?!?

When I take Connor to the hairdressers, it's the only time he sits still. Sharp pointy metal things seem to do the trick.
