The Great Escape

I am a bit late in posting this entry (two weeks to be precise!) but its better late than never and as it was a significant event I thought I had to write it, late or not!

A couple of weekends ago I had my first proper time away from Emily! A weekend in London to celebrate Lucy's big 3-0! Warren stayed at home to do the dutiful looking after Emily while I partied the weekend away! I was a bit nervous about being away from her for so long at first, but I soon got into the swing of having no responsibilities for the weekend, it was great! I think I really needed the break, especially with all the work we are getting done in the house - its been a testing time.

So thanks for holding the fort my lovely and thanks for a FANTASTIC weekend Luce, Si, Andrea and Julius! I can't wait to do it again...
