Top Ten Favourite Things 2
1. Say 'Up' then 'Down' with actions. Vocabulary also includes; byeee, DAAAAD, mom (rarely), bear, ball, noooo, yes, yish
2. Keeping clean & tidy - she likes having all spillage's cleaned up right away! Sometimes if I am not quick enough she goes to the cupboard and gets the sponge to do it herself. The other day she wee'd on the carpet (waiting for a bath). She came in to get me and then pointed out what she had done and before I could tell Warren she got the wipes out and was cleaning it up herself!!
3. Getting out her own cutlery - as soon as she sees me preparing food she gets her spoon out ready.
4. Lying flat out on the floor - preferably in shops.
5. Dancing to all types of music, even Daddy singing.
6. Putting things in the bin.
7. Holding up boxes of toys as high as she can so everything falls out with a bang.
8. Doing animal noises to: doggy, sheep, lion, giraffe, crocodile, snake.
9. Spinning round and round in circles (and giggling) until she falls over.
10. Snuggling her (now very grubby) special sleeping bag which we call 'Rubby' and sometimes 'Blanky'. I am still trying to work out how I can wash it without a major crisis developing!
There is probably more than that but it gives you an idea!
The lying on the floor thing is hilarious. It's usually when we tell her she has to go somewhere, or stop doing something naughty, and she just immediately drops to the floor and spreads out flat, with her head to one side (usually away from you). She then lies very still ('til we pick her up).
It seems to be kinda like her saying 'Ok, I'm gone now. You can't see me anymore. Be on your way.' Top Stuff.
I know the 'byeeeeeeeeeeeee' - it's usually when asked if she wants to speak to nanny (and before she gets near the phone!!!!) - holding mommies pink hand bag at the time I hear
